Antigua

In January my mom graduated from her flight attendant program and I landed a new job so as a celebration we decided to go to a Caribbean island for a quick girls trip. After 2 weeks of research we finally landed on Antigua. Turks and Caicos was also a close second but we really got way more bang for our buck in Antigua. The resort we chose was all inclusive but with none of the tourist trap people or buffet food. The people were mostly British and it was calm and almost half empty. There were free sailing lessons, guides to surrounding islands like Green Island, and the food was 4 course meals every night and open bar all day.

We could not have had a better time and the ocean and views were incredible. It was really fun to look through these videos and photos for this post and reminisce on this time with my Mom.
